paid tv licence in error

I am a 74 year old pensioner and I paid R820 cash by mistake to SABC at Pick N Pay Aston Manor Kempton Park. My TV Licence is paid up yo date I pay it every Janury and it is only due again in June 2021 I have requested my money back and given all the bank details and not had one response. I wanted to come to your office and collect my money but I cannot drive there can someone hep me please.My TV Licence is920501145728948 and my ID [protected] and I paid it on the 5th February 2021. I have sent all details of my bank account 3 times for a refund please I need my money I am not coping.Please somone phone me.
