Parcel missing/stolen ([protected])

Hi My parcel gone missing since 4 Jun and suspect stolen by dishonest person. 1 have 2 parcels sent from China and one has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. However, the other parcel has misrouted to Kulim. We called them and they said will route back to right location in 1 week. After 1 week, we called to follow-up, the staff gave me all different response such as, the item was here but now I cannot find, the item still in shipment, short carton, and now they not even bother to pick up the call. I sent complaint to Skynet website and they never monitor and reply after 3 weeks later. I sent complain to their facebook. The first replied is based on our record, your item has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. This showed they not even has SOP to check properly and response to customer. Subsequent replies, we are still working on it. We are working with the related branch and have yet to receive any positive feedback and appreciate your kind patience & understanding. Based on the phone response, I highly believe my parcel has been stolen by them because the staff said they have seen the parcel and just cannot find it now. The company is not actively engage with their customers and I suspect they have stop searching my item. This has been very upset me.
