Deactivating account w/ refund due to no tax-free address and lack of customer support

I just registered to Shop & Ship only to find out that the US address I get is not tax-free, unlike MyUS and Globalshopaholics, and the service is therefore not very suitable for my current needs. I would like to deactivate my account and get a refund asap. However, when I try to contact S&S regarding the matter, the site suggests I visit the local S&S office but shows that there is no office in Maldives when I proceed. There is not even an email address for me to reach S&S, social media platforms appear the only way to connect with them. Therefore, please help me get a refund and to deactivate the account. My registered email with S&S is mir.[protected]@hotmail.com
