Paying for food that I am not getting

I paid for my food. I did not get all of my items. I paid for boom- boom sauce which I did NOT get. And I looked in my bag for it. And did not want cold food when I got back home. I think your workers should check the bag before handing it to the customer, because this is not the first time it has happened. I also have had the COMPLETE wrong order and luckily it was just my sister I had to switch food with.
