I placed a claim almost two months ago about my heat pump. was told I would be hooked up with a repair company with in 48 hrs. I have been told you have no one to help me. Since then have also placed a call about my washer once again you can not help me. Was told I can hire my own company and hope to be paid back. This is total crap, have been running space heaters and had my highest electric bill ever. Now its hot and have no AC. been taking my wash to laundry . Im tired of this and it has gone on way to long. I am a single mother of two I can not afford to pay for repairs that's why I used my tax return to pay for your service. My son is a cancer patient and can not be exposed to heat. I want these issues fixed. Terrie Devoto [protected]
