Scott tissue

I have a low flow toilet. The only toilet paper that would flush is the original Scott tissue. Then you changed the paper recently & it just floats on the water when the toilet is flushed. I have to leave the toilet without flushing for six to eight hours to let the paper absorb water to have any chance of having the toilet paper flush. Please bring back the original Scott tissue and clearly label as "ORIGINAL Scott tissue ". Thank you.
