I have all Samsung products, regrettably. All purchased in 2015. The refrigerator is Model RF-263TEAESG repeatedly freezes up due to the top ice maker and now the bottom ice maker is out too. I've had this fridge serviced many times through my home warranty. And I'm sick and tired of spending my money on this defected product! The oven has been a nightmare as well, Model NE59J7630SG. The mother board has gone out twice, once it burned up causing the house to fill with smoke. The convection fan motor has gone out and now the top heating element is out causing my cook times to take forever. I also have had this oven repaired several times. Samsung should not be making appliances!!
