Good evening, Safe link charged me $25.00 before mailing out my SIM card. When I called back I was told to get a prepaid phone until I get the SIM card in the mail. I have yet to received it 18 days and no SIM CARD. I have to purchase minutes from Consumer Cellular and I still have them, I have been approved for safe link service. Every time I call them I'm being told something different every time. Please help. How can they attempt to charge me without a safe link SIM CARD, is it possible? At this time I have Consumer Cellular and they will bill me at the end of the month, safe link did not provide me with any service. Please investigate this matter. Thank you.
