-Date of accident 03/28/2021 -claim #[protected] As lien holder we have only received 1 phone call for pay off and have not been able to reach Joseph Will [protected]. Guarantee of letter with copy of title was faxed 6/8/2021 the day after the letter was received. the original email sent by Joseph was not received, to insure we have provided everything needed, we sent several emails trying to check status with no response and no call back from messages left on VM. We emailed a Repo affidavit 6/17/2021 after not getting payment from the customer and to help speed up the process. I have never been contacted to see if it was received after making multiple attempts. The Fax numbers for the Salvage Dept, claims dept and Corporate will not go through and come back saying NO ANSWER.
