Cash purchase of a Polo 1.4 GTI DSG

Ive purchase my car as mentioned 18 January 2021 at Rola Volkswagen Malmesbury, second hand cash. Since the purchase ive asked for my service history as it was indicated by the dealer that the car went for a service before i can collect the car. On the day when i fecthced the car ive asked the dealer for my service invoice, as i had to take out a service and extended warranty with Motor Happy. After numerous inquired ive eventually received the invoice, however it never inducated details om my specific car. Ive been having problems with the car, Rola had to pay for a new battery as the car didn't want to start. The ive reported a strange sound to them, just to hear that there was something wrong with my fenderliner. My car is currently now at the workshop as there is fault withy catalytic converter, with other additional repairments. The invoice was sent to my extended warranty, however they will not cover the additional repairs as it was suppose to be picked up with the service that was supposingly done at 97000 kilos, however in the service book it was inducated that the last service was done in 2018. Rola Malmesbury refuse to pay anything. I ve feel ripped off, and want to take action against Rola as i feel i have been misled since the day of the purchase.
