Night stand

Horrible horrible customer service. I put in a claim for a night stand that had discoloration due to water damage and they denied my claim and accused me of lying. How disgusting. I spoke to 4 different people including 2 supervisors (supposedly) and all they can say is " there's nothing we can do because it doesn't look like water damage" All I did was wipe juice or candy with a wet paper towel with water and the the paint came off. My furniture is only 8 months old. I want a full refund for my warranty since they won't ever be able to help me. I was disgusted and disappointed with their service I even cried when I got off the phone. They were so nasty.
