The work on my kitchen has not been completed, defective work on my deck cover (it leaks) has not been corrected, they refuse to provide me with a copy of the plans for the deck cover, and there has never been an inspection of any work that has been done, yet they have sent me a final invoice with the threat of a high interest rate if I don't pay immediately.
