Residential blue garbage cart

Our garbage cart was damaged by pick-up in April 2021 with a crack going completely across the top. I phoned Republic to get a replacement for the damaged cart and on May 14th the cart was replaced by a FILTHY cart that wasn't closing properly on the left front lid. I again phoned Republic to get this cart replaced BUT on May 28th at 9:15 AM they fixed the lid and took a picture of it. After 2 phone calls totaling 50 minutes I spoke with a Supervisor at Republic and she phoned me back to say the cart would not be replaced and if so it could be in worse shape then the one I now have.
