So i have signed a 12 month lease with Regus last year. having used Regus before, i told the sales specialist (Sajid Amin ) that i will be only taking 12 month contract, without further renewal or whatsoever. in June Regus sent me an email asking me asking if i would like to "Extend" the contract to another 6 months or 24 months or no renewal at all. the wording says i will have to pay another batch of renewal deposit to regus and i wont be able to claim it back once the RENEWED process has been there. the renewal starts on Oct 1st. then i had my application with Virginia SCC denied. i therefore no other reason to be there so i need to opt out of the lease. Regus now saying the contract has been renewed because i didnt inform them the termination. it was NOT like that and i have already informed them LONG before this deadline saying i wont renew.
