This company has been charging my credit card $17.08 every month for over a year. I have called their Seattle, Wa number [protected]) over and over months. No one ever answers this line. I have sent emails and filled out the form on the contact page from their website www.realnetworks.com ~ Noone ever responds to anything. I want these charges to stop and I want a refund for all the money they have taken from me for a service they are not provided that I have not asked for!!
