I purchased the Platinum Protection Plan with the purchase of the chair on 4/17/18 and have been trying to call for advice/ product to clean the micro-fiber arms on the chair. Every time I call I'm told of heavy volume calls and better off leaving the call-back number. The last call I was told I was in the queue and 26 minute call back time. What a JOKE! I was around for hours and nobody called. Tired of your nonsense. If your not too busy send email to: [protected]@verizon.net or call [protected].
