We had a Swiffer Wet Mop for a short while, & it stopped working. We replaced it with a new Swiffer Wet Mop. In both instances, we put in new batteries, and in doing that, the silver clip that connects the battery fell out. We also removed & replaced the bottle. They still didn't work. We don't have young children that would abuse these mops, nor ourselves. So, now disguised, I replaced this mop with a different brand. Get your QC people to work out the bugs & make a better product.
