There are words around the dials that tell you temperature, time, and the settings for air fry, grill, etc. The print rubbed off when my husband turned the dials or when grease got on the body of the fryer around the dials. This happened shortly after we received the product. Let's say in March. What can you do to help us in this situation? We love the air fryer and use it every day.
