Case review decision
1
I sold a LV Neverfull MM on Poshmark. I listed the item as EUC. Posted pictures of the tote. Someone purchased it, not asking any questions about the bag. The bag was sent to Poshmark to be authenticated (this is automatically done if item is over $500) Poshmark deemed the bag Authentic and sent it to the buyer. The buyer then opened a case review saying the bag wasn't as described. Poshmark has an all sales final policy and encourages buyers to ask questions and request additional photos. Refund will only be given if the item was not sent out or if the item not the same as the listing. This bag was exactly as the listing described, yet Poshmark decided I had to take the bag back and the buyer would be refunded. Poshmark does not follow their own policies. And went to return is mean it goes from the buyer back to the seller regardless of the condition.
