I requested to suspend my membership due to a serious car accident on 4/30/19. My letter was given in on 5/3/19 to Manager Samora Johnson never suspended my account. I was charged $10.45 for June and July 2019. I was also charged $45.00. I spoke to Mark in the New Hampshire office in August and was told I would receive a refund in 30 days. I did not receive my refund. It is well over 45 days and now I expect to receive my refund within 10 days of this notice.
