PNP and bottles never refunded me. It's been 2 weeks, they close my ticket daily, saying it's sorted, I used a virtual card and no credits can be made to a virtual card so they must credit my account instead they refuse, so I'm wondering where the money is. I am now going to the ombudsman, as PNP and bottles swindled and scammed money from me. So many emails and chats and they're just closing my tickets daily without taking time to call me or find out what the story is I just want my money back that's all Surely they must have it as a credit on their journals, but it's like they don't know what they're doing.
