Currently, I shop at Pavilions Store 2214 located at 1110 Alameda Avenue, Burbank, CA 91506. I have noticed that some of the handicap carts are marked "out of order." This morning (7/24/2021), when I arrived to do my shopping (at 6:00 AM), one of the handicap carts was parked outside in the parking lot. I do not feel that should be allowed. I took it upon myself to drive the cart back into the store, since I have a handicap and need the use of it. I have a feeling that cart had been out there since the day or night before. That is totally uncalled for. Also, what is stopping somebody from driving up with a pick-up truck and taking it? If the situation with those handicap carts does not improve, I will be forced to shop at another store where they take better care of their handicap carts.
