Part of my order is missing… Customer service tells me to go back to ebay.

I ordered 10 Cylinder Head Bolts, only 8 showed up. I called the customer service, the agent stated I need to go back to eBay. I didn't order from eBay!! Part # 6509633AA-10 bolts, I received only 8. Shipper Ref# [protected]-[protected] Order Ref# [protected] I would like the other 2 missing bolts. I am attaching the packing slip. What more information do you need?
