AC compressor kit
1
Hello; On Friday July 30 I called Parts Geek customer service [protected]) to verify the part I needed to order for 2010 Honda accord ex. The parts I wanted to verify were UAC Honda Accord A/C compressor kit UAC KT 4894A. After speaking with their customer service, Marny (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) at extension 4016, we verified the part number to be correct, the price on their web site was $236.43, and there were 3 pcs in stock. The total for the order, including tax and shipping was $254.78. On Monday August 2, I called the same customer service representative at extension 4016. I placed the order with Marny. Yesterday 8-2-21 I received a FedEx notification with the tracking number. I checked the order and discovered the part that Parts Geek shipped, was "2010 Honda Accord Crosstour A/C Compressor - 158335 Four Seasons - $226.43". Order # 18-[protected]. Today 8-3-21, I called customer service to notify them of their mistake. I was told that I would need to call Parts Geek when the part arrived and they would send me a return-shipping label, but today I needed to re-order the same part. My complaint is the price on Monday was $236.43 and today the same part is now $280.43. I spoke with a supervisor (Jested) on Parts Geek and I was told the vendor raised the price and the there are still 3pcs in stock. I ordered the part on good faith 08-03-21 and it was Parts Geek mistake why should I pay the additional cost the same part two days later? I have tried calling the corporate phone number, [protected] and [protected] are both disconnected. My phone number; [protected] my email; [protected]@yahoo.com
