I purchased a used car on 5/06 /2021 2014 Stingray Corvette from the Robert Woodall Chevrolet 1063 Riverside Drive dealership the car was sitting on the showcase floor everything was working perfectly on the car until I installed OnStar application on my phone my horn started blowing for 15 minutes I couldn't use the key fog to turn it off or could Onstar the application took over my car horn I no longer have a car horn I called in to OnStar they noted that there definitely was various error codes coming from the application. I have made over 10 calls to Onstar on May 15, 2021 they provided me with a case number198084189 OnStar keeps putting it on GM when their application caused all of this and very disappointing the lack of concern or customer service given to me . My horn was working perfectly obviously the application caused this they even stated all types of error message and they're still looking into it no one has reach back out to me
