OnTrac admitted to loosing my package. OnTrac suggested I contact the seller to see what they could do. I did, and MaxTool said they would refund my credit card. They never did. I purchased item from a different seller. Couple days later OnTrac finds package and delivers it at 9:43PM. Email says left at front door. Package was 60 feet away from house by the gate on the street. I have a U driveway, only one side is gated. Whenever I purchase anything on line I will ask if they use OnTrac. If they do I will not purchase from the. I will never use MaxTool.com again.
