completely wrong order

I placed an order on January 4 and it arrived January 8. I received the completely wrong order. Probably someone else's clothes. I called customer service to explain the issue. They informed me that one of the items was now out of stock after I had already ordered it days ago. I then had to order a smaller size in the shirt, which was an inconvenience. They are telling me that I now have to go to USPS to return the package, which is also an inconvenience. Why should I have to go out of my way to return a package that Old Navy messed up on. They had to charge my card again for this new order and I will not receive my refund until I return the wrong package. I also now have to wait another week to receive the correct items I ordered! I asked if they could ship it to me sooner and not charge a shipping fee and they said No! I am a very unhappy customer because I usually really enjoy shopping and ordering from Old Navy. If this problem does not get resolved, I will not be shopping at Old Navy anymore because of this inconvenience.
