In the past 3 weeks I have called the technical helpline. I have asked to have a technician come to my home (which I will gladly pay). The first technician went through a bunch of stuff and said she would call me back, because she had to get permission to send someone out. The 2nd technician was very helpful and spent over 30 minutes helping and setting up my service. He said a work order had been created and a technician would call me to set-up an appointment. Still no call The issues are my doorbell does not work, the sky bell takes a while to connect (if it does), we had 2 doors replaced and the sensors need replaced. I am disabled and can't do this. Once again I know and I am willing to pay for the technician. I just need my system fixed. I promise when my contract is up, I will go away and you will never hear from me again.
