My home is sold and I am moving to a senior residence that has their own security system and individual pendants worn by each resident.. The people who have purchased my home, do not wish to have a security system installed in their home. They want the Sensors and security panel removed. North star is demanding up to $250 and they want to know the security system of the residence I am moving to. My wife and I pushing our 80s, and wish only to find a quiet residence to live Our lives in security. We've enjoyed our home and the security that has been provided by Northstar, it is time to move on. We want the service canceled and the sensors and panel removed for the new owners.
