I just received 5 invoices from North Shore Agency explaining I owed money to Publisher's Clearing House. No doubt I do as I have just been released from the hospital after some brain surgery. They provided their website address so that I could pay on-line. This page required a number that was on the letter and followed EXT and ID. No such numbers were anywhere on any of the invoices. I have been trying to call then for 2 days and all I get is a message that all of their Operators are busy and the next available Operator will help me. I waited more than one hour today, but eventually took advantage of having calling me back. No call yet and it has been hours. The Publisher's Clearing House website if of no use in finding out how to pay either. Very frustrated. If this is valid how do I find out?
