Constantly changing delivery date

I ordered a desk on Amazon about 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on July 26. Then the delivery date changed to July 28, then August 4 and it just changed AGAIN to August 6. I contacted Amazon to complain and they told me to contact NDS. Each time I have called them, the wait time has been OVER AN HOUR! I work from home and cannot be on eternal hold with this company. This is, by far, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Worse than DHL or OnTrac.
