I have bought a lot of items from Newegg, as every few years we upgrade our desktops/laptops for the family. I have the items shipped to my parents house instead of our apartment to stop porch pirate issues - except that strategy isn't any good if Newegg doesn't put all the parts in the box! I got a power supply and laptop ram for the latest order. Got the power supply in the mail. I install it, no issues. A few weeks later I check the website because I still don't have my ram, and Newegg says it was in the box with the power supply, only it wasn't?!? I chat in and get a claim filed, which now may get denied because I didn't take a picture of the box that had the power supply? What a load of garbage. Newegg is really going downhill. I already have to sift through 3rd party garbage for parts and now this? AVOID NEWEGG PEOPLE.
