My account was upgraded without getting my(the account holder’s approval).

My account was upgraded when my sons decided to watch on separate screens. All they needed to do was press continue to upgrade the account I started. No one from Netflix asked me if I wanted to upgrade my account. Netflix just automatically deducted the upgraded account price from my direct debit then sent me an email to say that at my request I was now on the premium level. Very upset with Netflix for not getting the account holders permission(my permission). You should send an email asking me if I want to go to premium and if you do not hear back from me, assume I do not want the upgrade!!! Very unethical. Will be moving to another provider. Will be informing all my friends of Netflix's unethical behaviour and that they should not trust Netflix.
