Received an Email about a ‘negative balance' which is impossible, and told to transfer £10.25 into my account by 2/9/2021, which is impossible because my account's features have been disabled, or transfer it to a bank account, which the details don't exist. This has happened to many people, and leaves me in a state of anxiety, wondering what will happen. This is disgusting, and the company scams and lies to their customers, which many customers have witnessed. Tom
