Used the card for a purchase, but now with a $6.29 remaining balance the card no longer works. It says I do not have a balance for the purchase. I varied the balance online. There is NO WAY to contact a human at either their website or via the toll free number. Very frustrating. It's on $6 but I don't like to be cheated out of the original contract. It appears other people are having similar issues. Guess this stealing of remaking funds is how they improve their margin.
