I was locked out of my account for unauthorized payments, which isn't true because I payed for it with a gift card that was given to me, I emailed them a couple times about it, and they keep repeating the same thing over and over about why it was locked, my account is wassupguys345, and they gave me a lock number: 42 and I appealed it, but they're not doing anything about it. I really want my account back, I didn't break any rules nor will I ever break them please help me.
