On Saturday 7 September I went to a MTN store in Pretoria for a sim swap as my phone was stolen the previous day. I paid for a new sim and the process was completed in store (Ref: [protected]), I was told to wait 24 hours. It is now Wednesday 11 September and the sim is not active yet! I phoned the helpdesk three times and I logged two e-mail requests with MTN customer care ref: [#820410] and [#825710] no response except for the automated reply. I was told by the help desk to go back to the store, which I did on 10 September, the sim swap process was repeated - still not active. I have been totally calm and tried to understand but, this is realy not acceptable.
