Approximately every 4th game I play, I will make a shot before the timer changes color or starts making noise, I will see the target ball go in the pocket, and I get ready for my next turn -- but then the game will suddenly say I had run out of time on the prior shot (which I hadn't); it will return all balls to their prior locations (i.e., prior to my shot); and give my opponent the ball on hand. Approximately every 20th game I play, I will have a successful run on the table without my opponent getting any shots -- but, when I get the 8 ball in (without scratching), my opponent will inexplicably be declared the winner. Have not received replies from the company directly.
