I purchased this washer and a maytag dryer in May of 2018 and every since I bought it it has had a problem with the off balance going off no matter how I load it. I reload it several times before it will spin the water out. and sometime it does not clean the clothes so I will have to wash them twice. I had service and the technician stated that this washer is defective and cannot be fixed. I have always had a May Tag washer my whole life and my mother had one too. That is why I purchased another Maytag washer because the last forever. This is supposed to be an energy efficient washer, its not when I have to start it over and over again just to wash one load I am wasting electricity and water.
