Maxis fibre wifi connection

Our maxis fibre has been getting poor connection, weak signal, often get disconnected during video calls, and super slow performance. It even need to take sometime to receive or send out text in whatsapp 🤦🏻‍♀️ and since i'm working from home, need stable wifi (not even asking for a strong one tho I paid for 100mbps) for meeting but nah, I need to use my own mobile data to stream the meeting coz the wifi signal is so weak that ppl can't hear me talking, line keep breaking and sometimes my laptop couldn't even detect the wifi. It's so ridiculous!!! My whole family using maxis from mobile data to home wifi, but this is the [censored]ty connection that I get after paying so much every month?! C'mon maxis, pls do something about it. I know many ppl has been complaining about maxis mobile /wifi connection lately, pls fix this asap.
