I won this game after playing and losing a grand or so. I finally won and they claim a visual error not a malfunction or glitch or voided play a visual error. Its been going on since aug 4th their. All I hear from them is"specialist team is reviewing it an I can rest assured to hear from them." I just want what I am owed. Their support team never answers my questions an I feel abused and robbed
