I ordered a jacket from Light in the box, it arrived on the 18 th Of August, when I opened the package on the 20 th of August, I noticed that it had a button missing and the other buttons weren't what I would consider secure, there were other items in the delivery, they are all in great condition, I contacted the company immediately stated that I wished to return it, seeking a refund and was offered $18 in rewards in compensation, which I declined and again indicated that the product was defective and I wanted to return the item for a refund, the company agreed, but then stated that I would bear the responsibility of return postage, even though the product was defective
