I really don't know how to approach this situation, I have a 15K LG Acer solar system, installed last year. Since the time that it went on line I had 600W of electricity produced. I have contacted the company that installed the system. To have the system brought back on line. I have been told by Jim Sweitzer he had contacted LG and was told that the system was working, on different occasions he has promised that there would be a person coming to the house to repair it, then he told me that he had ordered the parts to have it repaired ( I asked how can you repair something that you have never looked at ), the promises has now been going on for 6 months. Last week My ceiling has started showing that there is a water leak where the system has been installed. Jim Sweitzer represents your company and doesn't a line with the customer care that you are projecting and seems to be a very poor representative of your company. I contacted a different solar installer to see if they could repair / get the system on line. They asked who had installed the system. After informing them they did some research on the company. Informing me that the BBB certification had been revoked, Additionally on other sites there are complaints by employees of not being paid, and installers that has preformed jobs that have not been paid. I was then told that they were allowed by LG to work on systems that were installed by a different company. On a personal note most of the time that this was going on was wife was in and out of the hospital with a terminal disease, on the 15th of July she passed. I now had the time to pursue this problem.
