Two Kitchen aid mixers ordered online 2/11/20 ref 11020KIVKVM, as Christmas gifts for my daughters. "Sale" price $269, credit card charged 3/11/20. One mixer received June/21. Still waiting for the other. Local store unable to give any idea of delivery time frame. By taking my money 9 months ago, when not in a position to supply the items, I believe Leons are obligated to provide me with a comparable alternative if they can not fulfill the order now. The local store have a Kitchen Aid mixer in stock at a higher price and are not willing to provide to me as a substitute unless I pay the difference. I do not want a refund, I want a Kitchen Aid food mixer, which Leons entered a contract to supply when my credit card was charged last November.
