3 seater sofa

On July 5th/2021 we purchased and paid in full for a sofa set: 3 seater, 2 seater, and an ottoman, from Weston Leon's here in Toronto. We agreed upon a delivery date approximately 4 days later. We were pleased with our purchase and excited to receive our new sofa set. The delivery of the sofa's was not flawless to say the least. We were told the ottoman would take an additional 3 weeks to arrive as it was to come from an another location. As the sofa's were delivered, the 3 and 2 seaters, we noticed that the 3 seater was quite damaged. The back side of the 3 seater was ripped in 4 different locations, as well as the fabric was drastically dislodged on the left side of the sofa. I decided to take some photos to offer proof of what I was suggesting. As I attempted to bring this to the attention of customer service on location at Weston Leon's it proved to be a very difficult task. It took several days before I had someone get back to me. Initially I received and email response from one individual requesting more photos despite me already sending 7 photos of the sofa from all imaginable angles, detailing the rips as well as the damaged area of the sofa.Following this initial interaction customer service never returned my phone calls. I had to constantly call in and go through the entire process of sharing my story. We had decided that we would like the sofa replaced since we really liked what we purchased. I was told it would take an additional 2 weeks to receive the new sofa as it also was coming from another location. This of course did not happen! We waited an additional 5 weeks!!! We finally received our new sofa on the 18th of August. This was a nightmare of an experience which has lead us to conclude that we would more than likely never want to purchase anything from Leon's again. Very poor attention to detail from customer service. This seemed very amateur like on Leon's part with very bad communication and follow through. This was totally unacceptable treatment of a customer whose paid in full for a product expecting that product to be delivered and yet treated as if we were a bother.
