Reported this product to not be working on the 18 July 2021, received feedback from Danielle Kruger on the 21 July 2021, it was still under warranty and they would arrange collection. I have since emailed her 3 times, 28 July, 3 August and 13 August, with no reply. I have also tried to resolve this via their Whatsapp option, but this automated system fails miserably, with it auto-resetting due to the long wait times. Called today, 24/08/2021 to find out what is happening, with Danielle Kruger cutting me off and then putting my call on hold each time I called back, so unable to resolve the issue. Shocking customer service.
