*SOLVED

I applied for a copyright of my book called ONE WAY WISE in Oct. 2019, given with the diary no. Confirmed to get the certificate within 10-15 days. But waited for more than a year due to corona pandemic. After that I was assured to get my certificate by Jan 2021. But now I am told that I will not get the certificate. Please help me.
