Parcel not received, the company do nothing to settle my un delivered parcel

date of incident: July 24, 2021 Client number: [protected] Full description of the incident: LBC lost my parcel that I sent last June 24, 2021 to my mother it contains 2 ID's of my mother she use for her claim in senior citizen's pension. I raised the concerned to LBC care hotline they promised to take action about the matter but until now nothing is settled. my mother needs those ID's for her pension claim this coming month I need an urgent action about this matter I want to make them fulfill their promised that they are going to make a legal affidavit of lost and shoulder the payment for getting another ID's
