We bought a bedroom set from Bad Boys Ancaster and when delivered the Queen size bed that is in 3 sections ...one section was wrong We have complained to the store and they tell us that they can do nothing We have emailed bad boys at their social complaints dept and no one replies We have called their complaints dept and we are put on hold for hours at a time No one answers We need some results or we will be looking to get this order refunded by our credit card company Please reply to help me!
