Whirlpool fridge – ordered online a month ago

I ordered a fridge online June 13, 2021. I called to see when delivery was booked. It was then I was told it would be end of July. This is affecting my business of AirBnb and I reached support again today, after leaving emails, tweets and phone messages. Today I am told delivery will be in Sept. Refund refused. When ordered, no mention of backorder
